个人简介
陈晓琼,博士、毕业于日本广岛大学,副教授、硕士生导师。主要从事功能稻米的遗传机制、生理功能、功能稻遗传育种等方面的研究。先后主持四川省科技厅、教育厅和成都市科技局项目,参与国家自然科学基金和泸州市科技扶贫等项目。在Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Food Composition and Analysis、Frontiers in Plant Science、Plant Signaling & Behavior、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、中国农业科学等专业学术期刊发表论文20余篇,先后主持和参与水稻新品种选育11个。
研究方向
1.研究有色稻米的类黄酮调控通路;
2.研究有色稻米的抗氧化和降血糖等生理功能及其作用机制;
3.通过基因编辑技术提高稻米直链淀粉含量,并延长淀粉分支结构;
4.研究抗性淀粉对降血糖的功效,并解析抗性淀粉的遗传机制;
5.功能稻遗传育种。
